About the job Business Transformation Manager
One of the Big Four professional services firms is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to lead and manage high-impact transformation initiatives with a specialized focus on designing and overseeing technology solutions. This role is responsible for driving organizational change and innovation by translating transformation goals into actionable technology requirements and roadmaps. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in solution architecture, project management, and business analysis, particularly within Agile and DevOps environments.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Transformation team to understand and translate business transformation goals into technology requirements.
- Design technology solutions that align with the organization's transformation objectives and broader business goals.
- Develop technology roadmap to support business transformation efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring technology solutions support both current transformation initiatives and future scalability.
- Define and implement technology policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with transformation strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet requirements for scalability, security, and reliability during and after transformation phases.
- Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance the organization's transformation journey.
- Provide guidance to technical teams, supporting the development and implementation of transformation-driven technology solutions.
- Effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- More than 5 years of experience in solution architecture or a related field, with a strong background in software development and system integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, service-oriented architecture, microservices, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and a deep understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services/Healthcare) is an advantage.
