A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a District Manager to develop objectives, plans, and direction for the district to generate sales, ensure the effective execution of promotional sales programs, and supervise operations to achieve target sales and market share goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop objectives, plans, and strategic direction for the assigned district to generate sales volume and sustain forecast growth.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop medical representatives to effectively execute individual promotional sales programs and manage their territories.
  • Monitor and review product performance for major and minor brands, initiating plans to sustain sales, product movement, and optimal inventory levels at trade outlets and hospital pharmacies.
  • Manage and support the development of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the assigned district.
  • Ensure target medical doctors are included and regularly updated in the medical representatives' master lists to support business growth.
  • Ensure timely implementation of marketing programs based on established plans of action.
  • Respond effectively to immediate customer concerns, needs, or queries in alignment with the company's code of business conduct.
  • Coordinate closely with HR to manage team vacancies and ensure positions are filled within two weeks.
  • Manage operational expenses, documentation, reports, and company assets effectively within allotted timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably in Business Management, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the same capacity within a pharmaceutical setup.
  • Strong leadership command, decision-making capabilities, and a proven track record in coaching and developing team members.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software and standard corporate computer tools.
  • High degree of professional integrity with strict compliance to corporate codes of business conduct.
  • Must be highly mobile, willing to conduct regular fieldwork, and open to territorial reassignments based on business needs.

Location: North, Central, and South Manila (Office: Makati City)
