About the job Project Supervisor (Civil)
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the planning and Implementation of assigned projects involving Civil Construction/Fields.
· In-charge of formulation plans, scope, specifications, concept designs, layout for assigned projects including all necessary details.
· Prepares cost estimate and purchase requisition of labor, materials and equipment.
· Prepares Project schedule.
· Prepares Management Action Plan for assigned projects.
· Coordinate with different functions (i.e. Mechanical and Electrical)
· Conducts pre-bid and post-bid.
· Evaluates the bid proposal submitted by suppliers.
· Prepares technical scorecard presentation for management approval.
· Generation of Technical Exhibit and Notice to Proceed.
· Conducts the project kick-off meeting together with concerned parties.
· Ensures that all Projects are in conformance with the Standards and Specifications of the Project Plan and Design.
· Verify the delivered materials versus the Bill of Quantity.
· Monitors and ensures that the project schedule is on track and validate work stoppages claimed by the supplier.
· Ensures that the acceptance parameters are being complied as agreed in the Technical Exhibit.
· Coordinate closely with different BUs to ensure success in the execution of tasks and in meeting the companys goal and ideas.
· Implement and monitor adherence of Contractors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors to Company Rules and Regulations, and gives due Disciplinary Action as deemed necessary.
· generates and checks the required documents for Certificate of Project Completion.
· Evaluates the performance of the supplier based on the completed project.
Qualifications:
· Educational Background must be a licensed Mechanical Engineering
· Experience: With at least two (2) years of work experience in Civil Design, Construction and Structural, Project Management and with knowledge in drafting works. ISO background will be an advantage
· Competencies:
o Project management and implementation.
o Civil foundation and codes.
o Power generation and distribution, lightings & fixtures, motor control and inspection systems.
o Good in MS Project, AutoCAD (2D), MS Office (i.e Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o With Leadership and Human Resources Management Skills.
o Good presentation skills
Work Location: Cabuyao Plant, Laguna (Full Onsite)
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm)
