Audit Quality and Compliance Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Quality and Compliance Manager (or similar title) to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the Firm and its partners meet all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards in audit quality and compliance. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public audit, financial reporting, and policy development. You'll also be instrumental in supporting the creation and implementation of internal policies, processes, and documentation that align with both local regulations and company's global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Firm and its partners maintain valid accreditations with all relevant regulatory bodies.
• Help develop and improve policies and procedures for the Department of Professional Practice Technical Advisory Group (DPP-TAG).
• Make sure all practices follow required quality standards and company's global member firm guidelines.
• Provide support in areas such as consultations, audit report reviews before issuance, and internal monitoring activities.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following:
• Leading audit teams or holding a managerial role in a public audit firm.
• Managing financial reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Being involved in policy development or process improvement initiatives.
• Preparing formal reports, memos, or other internal/external communications.
