Summary:

One of Manila's most popular brunch and bistro café and restaurants is looking for a Construction Project Division Head to manage and oversee all construction projects. In this role, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll handle project planning, budgeting, procurement, quality control, and risk management while working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Budgeting and Schedule Management: Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely completion by maintaining project schedules and resolving delays.
  • Procurement and Material Management: Oversee procurement and inventory management of materials to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and address quality issues to meet project specifications.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, maintain accurate documentation, and provide regular status updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field (Masters preferred for complex projects).
  • Extensive experience in construction project management, budgeting, and resource allocation particularly in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procore).
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permits for restaurant construction.

Work Setup: On-site

Schedule: Dayshift, Monday-Friday
