Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for talent acquisition and company recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders and hiring managers in planning and executing recruitment and strategies to deliver the needed demands within the target delivery date.
  • Align talent acquisition strategies with the company's strategic goals and provide support on special projects
  • Submit data-driven reports, identify action items, opportunity areas, and gaps, and provide recommended action plans.
  • Assist in talent acquisition systems & processes and identify sourcing strategies that would work for the open positions

Qualifications:

  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Knowledgeable in different sourcing channels and have interviewing techniques, stakeholder relationship management
