About the job Process Manager

The Process Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining operational processes to maximize organizational efficiency. The Process Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data and making recommendations for process improvements, identifying and addressing process bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in process management, operations management, or a related field
  • Experience in the banking/financing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience in project management, root cause analysis, and data analysis
  • Analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
