Summary:
We are hiring on behalf of global law firm serving leading companies. Our client seeks a HR Content Manager ServiceNow to lead and manage the knowledge content within their HR Portal (ServiceNow). This role plays a key part in improving employee experience by ensuring HR information is easy to find, clear, and up to datesupporting efficient self-service and reducing support cases. Youll work with global HR teams, IT, and ServiceNow experts to build, maintain, and improve HR content thats relevant, compliant, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of HR content on ServiceNowfrom creation to regular updates and archiving.
- Work with HR experts to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and easy to understand.
- Design and implement content governance processes, including review schedules and approval flows.
- Keep the HR portal updated with relevant visuals and announcements (e.g., holidays, banners, news).
- Analyze content performance and improve content based on data and feedback.
- Support employees in resolving issues faster by linking common questions to helpful knowledge articles.
- Help HR teams contribute to the knowledge base through training, templates, and documentation.
- Maintain clean, consistent content aligned with HR policies, tone, and brand.
- Collaborate on improving portal usability (layout, search, content navigation, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Communications, or related field
- At least 5 years experience in content/knowledge management, ideally in shared services or a professional services firm
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR knowledge platforms
- Strong writing and editing skillscan simplify complex HR policies into plain English
- Experience managing structured content processes, including governance and version control
- Understanding of content tagging, structure, and metadata
- Strong coordination skills; works well across HR, IT, and Compliance
- Comfortable working with data to monitor content effectiveness
- Technical Skills:
- ServiceNow HRSD content creation, workflows, lifecycle management
- ServiceNow Knowledge Management templates, approval flows, feedback tools
- Basic HTML/CSS for formatting
- MS Word, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat for content editing
- Reporting tools like ServiceNow Analytics or Power BI
- Nice to Have:
- Background in HR Shared Services or Legal Ops
- Certification in ServiceNow Knowledge Management or HRSD
- Experience supporting regional/global teams with tailored content
- Familiarity with content strategies for case deflection and self-service adoption
- Knowledge of global HR compliance and data privacy
Work Setup:
- Shift Schedule: Day shift
- Work setup: Hybrid setup, 3 days Onsite a week
- Location: Makati City
