Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Conduct research and Prepare documents for review and presentation by executives.
  • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Process and Manage expense reports and budgets.
  • Handle personal requests and errands when required by the executive.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year business management course
  • Proficient with principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
  • Expert in basic principles and practices of records management and general administration

Work Setup:

Location: Makati
Setup: Onsite - Monday to Saturday
