About the job Executive Assistant (to the Group Chairman)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Conduct research and Prepare documents for review and presentation by executives.
- Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
- Process and Manage expense reports and budgets.
- Handle personal requests and errands when required by the executive.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year business management course
- Proficient with principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
- Expert in basic principles and practices of records management and general administration
Work Setup:
Location: Makati
Setup: Onsite - Monday to Saturday
Shift: Dayshift
