Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into
technical specifications. - Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security, and performance
optimization. - Test and deploy ServiceNow solutions according to project timelines and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST API, SOAP, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow certifications on ITSM (preferred)
