Agency Relationship Manager

Our client is one of the leading insurance company here in Philippines that offers wide range of insurance products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for life agents, addressing their needs and
• resolving any issues.
• Regularly visit life agents to strengthen relationships and provide support.
• Work with life agents to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential agency
• partners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
• Provide training to life agents on non-life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and sales techniques.
• Assist life agents in understanding and complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support life agents in developing marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitor the performance of life agents and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on non-life

insurance.

• Proven experience in relationship management, sales, and business development.
• Strong knowledge of non-life insurance products and underwriting processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
