Product Owner (Innovation)

Our client is one of the top Digital Banks in the country and have been recognized as an industry leader in the digital banking space.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Banks App strategy to increase MAU and MTU including campaigns.
  • Lead product / feature development using customer-centric design and agile approaches to be able to deliver products that address customer challenges and meet business objectives.
  • Support departmental reporting; strategy, ad hoc, weekly, monthly, MDR, EFPS, and periodic meetings of the of the Bank.
  • Support strategy, roadmap, overall project, and execution plan for each product feature/ project.
  • Responsible for all project documentation including the creation of business requirements documents, user stories, UIUX, technical documents in collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization, with measurable and quantifiable benefits for the Bank and its customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and externally with potential partners to develop campaign partnerships, features, and plans.
  • Product ownership consists of but not limited to creation of business requirements, user stories, feature design and flows, as well as reporting of project progress from planning to post implementation, decision on Go/No Go, and post implementation validation and reporting, and feature/ product marketing and ensuring that the interest of the Bank and our customers are represented.
  • Efficiently manage the prioritization of product development as well as communicate the product vision and oversee all stages of the product development process.
  • Contribute to areas of improvement within Digital Channels by conducting user research and usability studies, organize biannual product sprints, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital/Banking App product management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams and working in cross functional setting.
  • Experience in leading the roll out of major products/ features and campaign
  • Strong understanding/ experience in digital banking & digital channels.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
  • Experience in usability and customer-focused design.
  • Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Setup:

  • Shift: Day Shift
  • Setup: Hybrid (2x-3X onsite per week)
  • Location: BGC, Taguig
