Senior Java Developer

An award winning digital bank is looking for senior software developer that has strong background in Java. 

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in alignment with project requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to deliver solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and integration testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Document software design and implementation details to facilitate ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
• Engage in peer code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of team development practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact.
• Continuously explore and suggest new technologies or tools to enhance team productivity and code quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years' java development experience. 
• Experience in the banking or fintech sector, working on secure, scalable applications.
• Proven experience in Agile and DevOps environments, contributing to continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Work Setup:

Setup: Hybrid (3X onsite per week)
