Key Responsibilities:

The Analyst is tasked with ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client data related to loans, deposits, and investments. Main responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with clients to gather necessary data for various analyses such as ALM, MSR Valuation, Loan and Prepayment Analysis, and Non-Maturity Deposit Analysis
  • Assisting clients in identifying or setting up appropriate reporting categories
  • Recording data sources for reference

  • Creating and updating data mapping documents, including:

    • Linking instruments to model accounts

    • Mapping instruments to general ledger accounts

    • Aligning model accounts with reporting categories

    • Connecting general ledger accounts to reporting categories

  • Conducting data verification and cleanup

  • Reconciling data between company's Firsts systems and client general ledgers

  • Managing assumptions for any missing data

  • Designing and maintaining systems to support data management


Qualifications:

The required years of experience flexible 2-3 years start 5-7 years ideal

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL server, Excel, background data analyst type of area, data integration role

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

  • Excellent customer service abilities

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is required


Work set-up: Work from Home

Schedule: US time 8AM 5PM CST can switch to the MNL time after 1 full year; 6 months probationary looking full-time; will follow US Holiday
