Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent sourcing within call center companies and a proven track record of mentoring teammates, leveraging various sourcing channels, and collaborating with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent from diverse channels, including social media, employee/applicant referrals, and job boards.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
- Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to sourcing teammates, ensuring they achieve their goals and deliverables.
- Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment vendors, to align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee offsite activation events to enhance the companys talent acquisition efforts.
- Analyze and report on sourcing metrics and trends to continuously optimize recruitment strategies.
- Ensure alignment of all sourcing activities with organizational values and goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, specifically within call center companies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teammates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Proficient in leveraging Social Media, Employee/Applicant Referral programs, and Job Boards for sourcing.
- Hands-on experience working with external partners, including recruitment vendors and managing offsite activation events.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment are a plus.
