Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead for Human Resources Shared

Services to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our HR Shared Services

team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can provide strategic direction while

ensuring the team delivers high-quality HR support to employees of the client we serve. The

Team Lead will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement, fostering a positive

team environment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver

exceptional customer service.

Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide regular feedback to

ensure team success.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, identifying

opportunities for development and growth.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process efficiency and quality improvements within HR Shared

Services, implementing best practices.

Work with leadership to standardize and streamline HR processes within the project

Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce operational costs, and increase

employee satisfaction.

Employee Support:

Oversee day-to-day operations of HR services, including employee inquiries,

onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and other HR-related

functions in compliance with our Client policies and procedures.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions while maintaining a high

level of confidentiality and compliance.

Act as a point of escalation for complex employee issues and resolve them in a

timely and effective manner.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with Delivery Managers and other departments to ensure HR services

align with business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage HR projects and initiatives.

Provide feedback and insights to HR leadership on service delivery trends and team

performance.

Be able to assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure

maximum alignment of knowledge across all staff levels

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure all HR Shared Services activities are compliant with relevant laws,

regulations, and organizational policies.

Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, employee service

metrics, and process improvements.
