Quality Analyst

Position: Quality Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will play a critical role in the development process, working closely with our development team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough testing of our software and hardware products to identify any defects or issues

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure all aspects of our products are functioning as expected

- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues found during testing

- Document and report any defects or issues found during testing

- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of our products throughout the development process

- Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices for quality assurance

- Participate in team meetings and provide input on product improvements and enhancements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or a related field

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance 

-  Experience in scrubbing and doing RCA Coaching experience is a Plus

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
