A global BPO/customer experience (CX) management solutions provider, is looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Champion/Manager.

    Responsibilities:

          • Analyzing company processes and procedures.
          • Developing process enhancement strategies.
          • Investigating shortfalls, issues in current business processes.
          • Establishing norms and standards of company performance.
          • Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity 
          • Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management
            

    Qualifications:

          • 3 to 5 years experience in continuous/process improvement or business excellence
          • Open to candidates from different industries.
          • Preferably from BPO or Manufacturing company.
          • At least a green belt certified
          • Experience in Kaizen and/or Lean Six Sigma

    Work Setup: Onsite

    Shift Schedule: Night Shift

    Location: Makati
