Position: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international regulations
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operations
- Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and implement contingency plans as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years' of experience as Operations Manager in the BPO/Call Center/Shared Services industry
- At least Associate degree or Bachelors degree
