Job Description

  • The Head of Procurement is primarily responsible for contributing to the Banks overall financial goals by implementing cost-effective measures in the procurement of goods and services, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation and management, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead and manage the procurement and sourcing functions of company. This role involves overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services needed for the organization's operations.

Qualification

  • At least five (5) years of experience in procurement or supply chain management roles
  • Experience in Banking industry
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations
  • Familiarity and expertise in the end-to-end procurement process, including the use of relevant procurement systems and tools
  • Experience holding progressively responsible positions that demonstrate leadership and decision-making capabilities
