This position plays a key role in building and maintaining a high-performing network of agents. This position focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and supporting agents who align with the organization's goals and values. The officer is expected to drive growth through strategic recruitment and continuous agent engagement. Ideal candidate must be a results-oriented professional who excels at meeting recruitment goals, building strong relationships, solving problems, collaborating with others, and adapting to change in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute plans to attract potential agents through advertising, networking, events, and referrals.
  2. Candidate Evaluation: Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Agent Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new agents receive training, resources, and orientation to effectively represent the organization.
  4. Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for agents, offering guidance, resolving concerns, and nurturing long-term engagement.
  5. Performance Oversight: Track agent performance, provide feedback, and identify training needs. Acknowledge and reward outstanding contributions.
  6. Compliance and Records: Keep up-to-date records of agent documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 4 or more years of proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role, 
  • Preferably has background in the insurance, real estate, or financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish
    trust with agents.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple
    tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing agent recruitment and employment


  • Location/Available Sites: either Metro Manila, Laguna, Batangas, Northern Mindanao
  • Setup: Full onsite 
  • Schedule/Shift: Day shift
