M365 Administrator
About the job M365 Administrator
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment, with a particular focus on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other essential services. You will be at the forefront of driving productivity, enabling seamless collaboration, and ensuring strong information security.
Responsibilities
- Manage core M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive) and configure policies for optimal performance.
- Implement governance, configure lists, workflows, and document libraries, and troubleshoot issues.
- Design and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, and train users on creating secure automation solutions.
- Enforce Azure GPO policies, manage M365 security and compliance tools, and monitor automation logs for risks.
- Develop policies for secure data sharing, external collaboration, and ensure data protection in automated workflows.
- Provide regular task and project reports, including threat assessments and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
- College graduate (IT, Technology, or related field)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services
- Microsoft Azure experience and/or certification
- Extensive experience managing SharePoint Online
- Solid understanding of NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Experience with ISO documentation and standards is a plus
- Experience identifying gaps and/or risk exposure in programs is a plus
- Strong communication skills
