As the Marketing Product Manager you will spearhead efforts to optimize digital customer experiences and execute marketing initiatives. This role blends project management expertise with business analytics to ensure smooth implementation of digital strategies and data-driven decision-making. You will oversee the integration of marketing campaigns across various platforms and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product/Underwriting, Sales, Customer Service, Tech, and Product Design, to deliver unified, customer-centric experiences that drive engagement, conversions, and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in program management and business analysis, ideally within a digital environment.
  • Proven success in managing websites and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on it.
  • Familiarity with the JIRA platform and proficiency in Discord; knowledge of other platforms such as Trello is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management tools.
  • Expertise in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing techniques.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong capacity for collaborative teamwork.

Working setup: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) flexible to be on full onsite soon

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8AM to 5PM

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
