MS Dynamics 365 CE Senior Test Consultant

• Engage in all stages of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Operations, and Field Service project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, training, deployment, operations, and support. 
• Fulfill traditional Business Analyst duties, such as leading client workshops to identify business requirements essential for the successful implementation of the CRM solution, and documenting these requirements in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, or user stories. 
• Design and suggest innovative solutions that utilize Dynamics 365 capabilities and emerging features, including Co-Pilot. Draft design documents for any customizations and reports for D365. 
• Configure D365 according to the requirements, including basic setup, data mapping, field mapping with other integrated systems, and other customizations. 
• Conduct testing and provide client support throughout the implementation cycle, including client training for D365 as needed.
• Stay current on new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement aligned with best practices

Qualifications: · 

Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in designing and implementing complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions

Has at least 3end-to-end full life cycle implementations of MicrosoftDynamics 365CRM and the Power Platform

Experience must include creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes In-depth functional Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 

Microsoft D365 implementation and integration experience is preferable.
