Role;
Stakeholder management
- Maintain stakeholder relationship with high level of professionalism
- Support the creative requirements of stakeholders to contribute to their business success
- Prepares business reports on state of work, resourcing and utilization
Production management
- Effectively oversees the end-to-end process of creative production
- Assesses stakeholder expectations following established project intake protocols
- Collaborates with stakeholders and colleagues (such as other project managers, team coordinators and creatives) to align requirements to the appropriate outcomes
- Works closely with project managers and team coordinators on effective resource management
- Contribute to the quality delivery of creative materials such as, but not limited to, graphic designs, layout, digital programming, video production, etc.
- Self-regulate adherence to project timelines and defined workflows, including standards and practices for communication, responsiveness, quality, and timeliness
- Self-manage working files and folders for ongoing projects and completed work according to company standards
- Contribute to documentation of process development and improvement
- Serve as escalation point for any risks to quality and delivery, and manage mitigation and business continuity
Qualifications
The Requirement
- 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating and supervising the end-to-end production of diverse types of creative materials, preferably in a corporate working environment with a high volume of projects
- Provable sharpness in analytical and problem-solving abilities in face of work-related challenges
- Provable experience in direct-client / stakeholder management and assertive communication exposure to stakeholders in various geographies is a plus
- Provable strong background in project management familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Adobe Workfront are a plus
- Possesses a practical knowledge of the fundamentals of visual design and multimedia design applications, including dynamics of the digital space
- Demonstrable excellence in verbal and written English communication skills
- Familiar with content management platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
