Job Overview:
We're hiring an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner to support our Subic operations. In this role, you'll partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise managers on workforce planning, performance, and employee engagement
- Oversee onboarding, policy implementation, and HR compliance
- Handle employee concerns and promote a positive work culture
- Support training initiatives and analyze HR data for improvement
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- HR certification (CHRP, SHRM) is a plus
