Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operations of fraud claims including management duties, operational controls, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the operations of a fraud detection team to ensure cases of unlawful financial maneuvers are properly handled.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing action plans for detecting fraudulent activities in an organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in banking/financial experience.
  • Must be a people manager
  • Familiar with local fraud trends in PH
