Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of fraud claims including management duties, operational controls, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Oversee the operations of a fraud detection team to ensure cases of unlawful financial maneuvers are properly handled.
- Responsible for developing and implementing action plans for detecting fraudulent activities in an organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in banking/financial experience.
- Must be a people manager
- Familiar with local fraud trends in PH
