Business Process Analyst
About the job Business Process Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Administer variable compensation programs and process payroll month over month
- Field and resolve employee, supervisor, and manager inquiries (tickets)
- Create modeling and data analysis using various systems and data sources
- Complete recurring & ad hoc manual tasks for processes not systematically automated
- Perform validation and data quality checks on both data imports and exports, research any data inconsistencies, perform root cause analysis, and complete full reconciliation to guarantee accuracy
- Use technical skills to understand Varicent ICM system configuration and process plan design changes and implementations
- Suggest and test Varicent ICM system enhancements & process automations
- Lead phone/web-based interactions with Leadership - influence decision making via data informed recommendations
- Interact with employees, Supervisors, and Managers to explain and assist in the understanding of variable compensation plans, their application, calculation, and relevant policies and procedures
- Review monthly results/payments, confirm calculations by reconciling data to source systems, and resolve issues as needed
- Produce Ad-hoc analyses for various business partners and internal clients
- Conduct variable compensation support through education and training
- Understand multiple internal areas of business (Ops, Finance, Human Resources, Total Rewards, etc.) to research, analyze, and resolve potential issues
- Coordinate and complete additional projects as requested
- Support ICM systems migration by writing test cases and conducting UAT
- Monitor incentive plan health/performance, alert clients of outliers, and propose remediation recommendations
- Collaborate with consultants to address/enhance internal compensation programs/policies (e.g., incentive plan design, best-practice research, project support)
- Provide project management/support for Compensation-related programs/policies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Human Resources or Business Management preferred)
- 2+ years of HR experience (Compensation, Payroll, or Employee Relations domains)
- 2+ years of business experience with the ability to design and build moderately complex business/analytical models and the ability to effectively communicate analyses and/or recommendations with stakeholders
- Proficient with a variety of software, including Microsoft Office programs (Excel proficiency)
Preferred Qualifications:
- CCP/HRM Certification (or local geo equivalent)
- Experience administering variable incentive compensation plans
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience working with Incentive Compensation Management/HR Systems (Varicent)

- Location: Quezon City or Makati or Taguig or Muntinlupa
- Work set-up: Hybrid
