Summary:
A leading digital transformation partner in Cebu is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and drive employee engagement for front-line teams. This role will work closely with leadership to implement HR policies, drive engagement, and enhance team productivity in a positive, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations for front-line employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and disciplinary actions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts.
- Promote employee engagement and monitor key workforce metrics.
- Guide performance management and provide coaching and feedback.
- Assist in change management and HR system implementations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally with front-line teams.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Exposure to managing regional/global stakeholders
- Proficient in HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Work Setup: Full on-site during probation and hybrid (3 days on-site) after regularization
Schedule: Day shift/Mid-Shift
Location: IT Park, Cebu City
