Summary:

A leading digital transformation partner in Cebu is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and drive employee engagement for front-line teams. This role will work closely with leadership to implement HR policies, drive engagement, and enhance team productivity in a positive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations for front-line employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and disciplinary actions.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts.
  • Promote employee engagement and monitor key workforce metrics.
  • Guide performance management and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Assist in change management and HR system implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally with front-line teams.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Exposure to managing regional/global stakeholders
  • Proficient in HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

Work Setup: Full on-site during probation and hybrid (3 days on-site) after regularization

Schedule: Day shift/Mid-Shift

Location: IT Park, Cebu City
