Branch Manager (Automotive Sales, Service, and Parts Operations)

Our client is a Japanese Multinational Manufacturer of Automobile, Motorcycles, and battery powered-equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the sales, services, and parts operations of the branch and will report to the General Manager/Business Operations Head.
  • Develop strategies and action plans and monitor the implementation of the same to ensure the achievement of profitability targets.
  • Lead all employees and ensure they are properly mentored, coached trained, and compliant with company policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinates with customers, banks, manufacturers/distributors, YGC companies, insurance companies, government agencies, and suppliers.
  • Key Performance Areas: Branch Profitability/Net Income Target, Sales Target, Service Target, Parts Target, Customer Satisfaction Target, and Risk Management.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Branch Manager in the Automotive Industry, specializing in Sales, Services, and Parts management.
  • 8 years of overall experience in car dealership.
  • Financial Business Acumen (P&L)
  • Strong Leadership Skills (40-80 employees to manage)
  • Adept in MS Office Tools and MS Outlook
