About the job Country Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Define and implement market strategies to grow user base, revenue, and brand presence in the Philippines
  • Lead day-to-day market operations and oversee commercial performance across product and marketing initiatives
  • Own the local P&L, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize and roll out regional campaigns and product launches
  • Drive innovation in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

  • Produce regular reports and business insights to evaluate performance and guide strategic decisions

  • Represent the brand in high-level external meetings, industry events, and partnership discussions

  • Inspire, manage, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a strong and collaborative culture

Who You Are

  • An experienced business leader with strong strategic thinking and execution skills
  • Solid background in managing a P&L, setting KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Familiar with the Philippine financial services, fintech, or digital consumer landscape
  • An excellent communicator and decision-maker with high emotional intelligence
  • Proven experience in scaling a business, launching growth initiatives, or turning around underperforming markets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to solving problems and seizing opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or general management role
  • Strong local network within banking, insurance, lending, or fintech sectors
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven environment

  • Fluent in English and Filipino, both written and spoken

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or with regional stakeholders
