About the Role
The People and HR Supervisor is responsible for supporting the analysis of client needs, developing tailored proposals and frameworks, and delivering effective HR solutions that align with the clients organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of engagement plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and quotations for prospective clients.
- Analyze organizational trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend HR strategies and solutions based on best practices.
- Design and implement frameworks for organizational structure, job descriptions, and other HR-related functions.
- Ensure high-quality output that aligns with industry standards, professional practices, and internal guidelines.
- Maintain an engagement tracker to monitor milestones, tasks, and deliverables, and regularly update all stakeholders on progress.
- Organize and facilitate walkthroughs and progress meetings with both internal teams and client representatives.
- Discuss initial findings and observations with process owners to validate and refine analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices through ongoing research, training, and professional development.
- Collaborate with team members and the wider HR network to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development. Experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles and methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in business and report writing, presentations, and research.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
