Supply Chain Manager

Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager will play a vital role in leading and coordinating the Supply department to ensure efficient service delivery and effective management of the supply budget. This position focuses on implementing procedures for competitive purchasing, safe delivery, and asset protection while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage supply chain operations and collaborate with other departments to forecast demand, maintain inventory levels, and minimize costs, thus guaranteeing the timely availability of supplies.
  2. Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and apply best practices in supply chain management.
  3. Assist the Supply Department as the second-in-command and step in for the Department Head when necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in a managerial role.
  2. Strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of supply chain principles, and a proven track record of driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in operations.
  3. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for supply chain optimization example Pronto Software.
  4. Knowledge of inventory management best practices and methodologies.

Work Setup: 4 weeks onsite followed by a 2-week paid roster break, with transportation and meals covered with official receipts during the roster break.
