Job Description

Our client is a Global Sustainability Consultancy - With world-class expertise in science-based advisory and market-leading digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with process owners and end users to comprehend their business processes and requirements.
  • Lead and participate in all stages of Netsuite internal implementation projects and Change Requests:
    • Onboarding of new Subsidiaries into NetSuite,
    • Designing customized solutions,
    • Implementing 3rd party applications.
  • Assess the progress of the internal projects and Change Requests and keep stakeholders informed across the business of key dates, potential challenges or any risks that could occur.
  • Create and maintain documentation for NetSuite customizations including SOPs, FDDs, User Guides and Release Notes.
  • Collaborate with the team to Develop, test and deploy custom solutions including fields, forms, workflows, custom records and user roles to meet business requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement & efficiency
  • Support the Finance Systems Support team with resolution of complex tickets and coordinate with NetSuite support on issues that cannot be resolved internally.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate head.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in End-To-End NetSuite implementation experience
  • NetSuite certifications
  • Workload management and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of business processes and challenges
  • Understanding of NetSuite Best Practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Proactive self-starter with first class organizational ability, who is detail oriented, and results focused, and able to oversee and support the financial administration of several projects at once
  • Proactive and a committed team player
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Can work on flexible hours to support global teams in many time zones, meet changing work environment and manage tight deadlines

Work Setup:

Schedule: Mid Shift ( 2PM- 11PM)

Setup: Hybrid (1X onsite per week)

Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila
