Position Summary

The Manager, HR Operations Data & Reporting is responsible for leading the delivery of operational reporting and people analytics within the People function. This includes managing standardized and ad-hoc reporting, collaborating with the Business Intelligence (BI) Group, and supporting data-driven decision-making across HR Shared Services (HRSS) and other Business Services teams.

The role focuses on optimizing current reporting processes and enabling team members across HR Operations including HRIS and HRSS teams in Manila to enhance their skills in reporting tools, dashboard creation, and delivering value-added insights.

This position will also contribute to building HR operational reports using Power BI and other relevant tools to ensure consistent and accurate reporting from the Firms central data repositories.


Qualifications

· 4-6 years of experience in HR/people data reporting and analytics.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and Excel.

· Familiarity with other reporting tools (e.g., MS Access, Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of workforce analytics and agile planning methodologies.

· Experience mentoring or training others in data interpretation and reporting tools.

· Background in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global, cross-functional teams.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Capable of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering tailored solutions.

· High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive data.
