About the Role:

Copywriter will play a key part in shaping brand narratives, enhancing engagement, and driving conversions through clear, compelling, and on-brand messaging. Working closely with cross-functional teams, youll ensure content is not only aligned with brand guidelines but also optimized for performance and user experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging copy for advertisements, slogans, calls to action, marketing emails, and landing pages that align with brand tone and target audience.
  • Collaborate with SEO/SEM teams to incorporate keywords effectively into content without compromising creativity.
  • Coordinate with language and localization teams to ensure accurate translations and maintain intended tone and message.
  • Establish and uphold brand voice guidelines for consistent messaging across channels.
  • Combine creative thinking with brand consistency and adapt quickly for A/B testing and iterative content development.

Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating flexibility across various writing styles (e.g., B2B, B2C, technical, conversational).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sulu) and team collaboration tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, English, Literature, Marketing, Business, Creative Writing, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in a creative or agency environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret briefs, work under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional writing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in producing persuasive content for marketing or advertising purposes.
  • Understanding of various marketing channels and content formats, including social media platforms, display ads, and landing pages.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt writing style across different brand voices while identifying areas for shared efficiencies.
  • Knowledge of platform-specific requirements (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, responsive websites) to ensure optimized presentation.
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Slack.
  • Ensure all content adheres to relevant regulatory standards (e.g., European Accessibility Act).
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a willingness to refine content based on performance metrics, customer feedback, and A/B testing outcomes.
  • Clear and proactive communication skills, especially when working across time zones with global marketing stakeholders.
