About the job HR Supervisor - Cebu
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions for management level, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and ensure adherence to company policies, fostering a positive work environment.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and support employee career development programs.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance review processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Maintain accurate attendance records and collaborate with the payroll team to ensure correct compensation and benefits management.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
- with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop HR teams
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- M-F, Day shift
