Actuarial Analyst

As an Actuarial Analyst on the Individual Marketplace (IM) Actuarial Team, you will support the marketplaces profitable growth through financial modeling, data analysis, and results presentation. Reporting to the Senior Actuary, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and actuarial teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. Your work will integrate quantitative insights with strategic messaging to highlight IMs value. This role offers exposure to retiree healthcare and individual health insurance while enhancing your actuarial and business skills.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a consulting firm or health insurance carrier
  • Some experience with retiree health care benefits and insurance is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree required, preferably with significant quantitative course work
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and produce quality deliverables on time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, VBA, SQL, Python software experience a huge plus (Excel is a must)

Location: Taguig

Work set-up: Hybrid (min. of x4 monthly or once a week)

Schedule: Night-shift
