Job Summary:

The Campaigns and Digital Analytics Head is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and mobile app analytics to drive business growth.

This role ensures end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and lead generation to performance monitoring and post-campaign analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Analytics Management

  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive product and mobile app growth.
  • Monitor and analyze mobile app performance and key metrics.
  • Optimize lead generation and distribution to maximize impact.
  • Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis to improve future initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for insights.

People Management & Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Set and track KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Technical & Operational Support

  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Digital teams to align campaigns.
  • Manage promo fulfillment processes, from eligibility to incentive crediting.
  • Investigate and resolve promo-related complaints.
  • Utilize SQL (preferred) and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in banking/financial services
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in campaign management, digital analytics, and mobile app performance tracking
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with a strategic and creative approach
