Job Overview
We are looking for aMotor Claims Inspector & Adjusterwho will assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate claims adjustment reports, and ensure highquality, costeffective repairs for our policyholders. Acting as the key liaison among customers, repair shops, and the insurer, you will safeguard repair standards, control costs, and help detect potential fraud while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles onsite.
- Prepare detailed adjustment reports that outline repair scope, parts pricing, and labor costs.
- Discuss and agree on repair procedures, parts, and pricing with accredited repair shops.
- Monitor repair progress to ensure work meets agreed standards, costs, and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance to policyholders and claimants on repair processes and claim requirements.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage totalloss claims, including vehicle pullout and valuation steps.
- Flag suspicious claims and recommend referrals to the AntiFraud team when necessary.
- Operate within company policies, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree (any fouryear course).
- Familiarity with vehicle repair processes; motorinsurance experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal skills for clear reporting and customer interaction.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Detailoriented, analytical, adaptable, and able to work effectively with diverse teams.
