About the job Junior Engineer

The Junior Engineer is responsible for managing documentation and filing of group transactions, coordinating facility repairs and maintenance, overseeing assigned projects, and providing technical recommendations, while maintaining knowledge of the company's equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Handles/participates in project implementation
  • Prepares Payment Requests on billings from contractors and service provider
  • Prepares system/program generated PR document for the group
  • Monitors building maintenance repair and materials supply usage and stock level
  • Handles document filling for the group
  • Supervise, monitor and oversee outsource contractors in repair, maintenance and other related project

Requirements

  • Bachelors/College degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical) or its equivalent working experience.
  • At least 1 or 2 years work experience in building Facilities and
    Maintenance or equivalent
  • Knowledge in Building Maintenance, Practical Electricity, Basic Refrigeration & Aircon and Basic Occupational & Health Safety standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
