Software Engineering Manager

A Software Engineer Manager opportunity in an IT/BPO company in Cebu has become available. 

About the Role: 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and manage a small, agile development team , fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence
Collaborate with stakeholders , including UX designers, Product Owners, and QA teams, to align development efforts with business goals
Plan and implement technical architecture for complex AI-powered web applications

REQUIREMENTS:
5-10 years of experience in a related field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role
Expertise in both frontend technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript) and modern frameworks such as React or Svelte
Strong backend knowledge familiarity with Node.js , container technologies like Podman/Kubernetes , and API integration.
