About the job Senior Research Specialist
We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to manage and deliver diverse insight projects, leveraging various research methods and synthesizing information from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic research initiatives that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a range of research projects, utilizing various methodologies and integrating insights from multiple sources.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define, maintain, and implement research projects in line with business priorities.

Demonstrate expertise in using research databases and external sources such as Hoovers, Factiva, S&P, and AM Best.

Ensure high-quality research output within deadlines, maintaining adherence to quality standards.

Mentor junior research analysts to meet project timelines and maintain quality.

Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.

Stay informed on company priorities and connect research capabilities to key stakeholder goals.

Utilize advanced generative AI and automation tools to enhance research efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- About 5-7 years of business research experience in an in-house research team, with experience in the B2B arena
- Experience and ability to manage large volumes of data/ information into actionable insights, utilizing advanced Excel functions and other data visualization tools
- Experience working with research agencies
- Proficiency in utilizing research databases
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and its dynamics is a plus
- Experience working with research agencies
