About the job CISCO ACI Engineers

To demonstrate technology leadership for key project implementations, and to provide technology guidance to engineers as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) technology.

To plan, design and deploy Software-Defined Networks (SDN), particularly Cisco ACI.

To plan and execute software upgrades, preventive maintenance for network devices, and migration activities from the legacy network to the newly modernized ACI network, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases, security patches, and updates relevant to the network infrastructure.

To identify and resolve moderate to high complexity issues related to hardware and software using strong analytical skills and technical knowledge

To solve complex problems that require in-depth analysis using ones deep understanding of various factors within the Data Center Environment and collaboration with third-party vendors.

To create high- and low-level design documents, test plans, develop use cases, scripts, and participate in implementations and trials/proofs-of-concept activities.

To be available on-call and address critical network issues and incidents outside of regular working hours.

To effectively communicate and collaborate with the Technical Assistance Center (TAC), third-party vendors, sales and presales teams, and engineering team.

To own and be responsible for customer technical issues from initial escalation to resolution.

To engage with pre-sales identify client goals and requirements

Skills & Experience:
Candidate with more than 5 years of experience in deploying and maintaining Cisco network devices,
specifically advance knowledge and demonstrated experience with Cisco ACI is a must requirement.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco software technologies, including IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, and NX-OS.
Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting in Data Center and Enterprise Technology.
Hands-on experience in deploying Cisco devices, especially with Campus and Enterprise Network devices and Data Center Devices such as Nexus Switches, ASR, and Catalyst Switches.
Holds CCNP Data Center or DevApps certification or equivalent is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of VMware, RedHat, and other Data Center technologies is a plus.
