Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between the pharmacy consultant, the health and benefits client service team, PBM partners, and other vendors
  • Manage PBM programs for North American clients, including analysis, design, and cost-saving strategies for pharmacy benefit plans.
  • Attend and document meetings, track follow-up items, and ensure effective communication among team members and clients.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking studies, providing analyses and summaries to add value.
  • Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
  • Build internal relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables and contribute to the creation of new intellectual capital.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail for accurate deliverables and address client questions with support from the pharmacy consultant.

Requirements:

  • Associate and Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • 2-5 years of experience in US Healthcare
  • 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management
  • Project management experience required
  • Strong Client service orientation
  • Prior experience with North America-based pharmacy benefit programs is an advantage

Shift: Night shift

Setup: Hybrid (Once a week RTO)
