Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between the pharmacy consultant, the health and benefits client service team, PBM partners, and other vendors
- Manage PBM programs for North American clients, including analysis, design, and cost-saving strategies for pharmacy benefit plans.
- Attend and document meetings, track follow-up items, and ensure effective communication among team members and clients.
- Conduct research and benchmarking studies, providing analyses and summaries to add value.
- Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
- Build internal relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Produce high-quality deliverables and contribute to the creation of new intellectual capital.
- Maintain strong attention to detail for accurate deliverables and address client questions with support from the pharmacy consultant.
Requirements:
- Associate and Bachelor's Degree Holder
- 2-5 years of experience in US Healthcare
- 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management
- Project management experience required
- Strong Client service orientation
- Prior experience with North America-based pharmacy benefit programs is an advantage
Work Setup:
Shift: Night shift
Setup: Hybrid (Once a week RTO)
