Distribution Installation Consultant Bangkok

MDS Consultants are responsible for providing system solutions and installing the MDS and DistributorPower applications. This will be achieved through working closely with customers, sales representatives, subject matter experts (SMEs) and other key stakeholders to understand and identify business requirements leveraging our current and new technologies alike.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of the MDS and DistributorPower applications
• Training and user support;
• Participate in post implementation reviews;
• Create documents that include approaches of solutions, functional design, technical design, test cases, technical design;
• Provide solutions to high level customer incidents;
• Work with customers to review, analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs;
• Perform quality control testing;
• Involvement with Distibutor Power development
• Assist the sales team as directed and agreed with management;
• Any other reasonable requests as determined by management.
• Follow company policy, process and procedures at all times.
• Meet deadlines in line with business and customer expectations.
• Travel to customers; locally, interstate and overseas as required.
• Work with all areas of the business to implement and communicate an industry leading Innovations culture.

• Maintain and regularly review Personal Goals/ KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification (Business analysis / IT)
• Extensive knowledge and experience of supply chain and automotive business processes.
• ERP package experience
• Presentation skills
• 5 years experience in supply chain / automotive product development
• RPG and/or .NET programming skills
• In depth knowledge of MDS Distribution product
• Abilities, Attributes & Behaviours
• In depth experience in either distribution or dealership operations
• Cross departmental knowledge preferred
• Computer literate to a high standard
• Excellent English communication skills (written/verbal)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Able to demonstrate Active Listening and articulate ideas and conclusions back to the customer as well as internal stakeholders at all levels
• Proven experiencing using existing distribution or dealer management systems
• Self-initiated and self-motivated with an ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent ability to engage with customers at a level the customer can relate to
• Pragmatic when approaching tasks
• Passionate and creative in the products and solutions the company delivers
• Demonstrates an enthusiastic and positive CAN DO attitude
• Excellent personal presentation
• Must be able to think outside of the box.
• Actively involved in self-improvement via education or industry associations
