Role:

As a Client Services Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, managing their hiring needs while collaborating closely with our internal recruitment team. You will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring service excellence. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent email writing abilities, attention to detail, and comfort handling phone and Zoom calls with U.S. clients. A background in staffing and recruitment is essential, as you will work closely with recruiters to align hiring strategies with client expectations. 

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for U.S.-based clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met. 
  • Manage client communication via email, phone, and Zoom, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering staffing solutions tailored to clients business needs. 

Liaison Between Clients & Recruiters 

  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client hiring requirements are understood and fulfilled. 
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and recruiters, providing clear hiring expectations and feedback. 
  • Track candidate submissions, interviews, and placements, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. 

Process & Quality Control 

  • Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring job orders and candidate qualifications align with client expectations. 
  • Monitor hiring progress, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.
  • Ensure a positive client experience by managing expectations and delivering top-tier staffing solutions. 

Performance & Reporting 

  • Provide regular updates to clients on hiring progress, including candidate shortlists and recruitment timelines. 
  • Track and report key client satisfaction metrics to improve service delivery. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and client retention strategies. 

Required Experience & Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience managing U.S.-based clients, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition. 
  • At least 2+ years of staffing experience, working alongside recruiters and managing hiring processes. 
  • Excellent email writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent English speaker, confident in handling professional conversations via phone and Zoom. 
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. 
  • Experience in client success, account management, or similar roles in a staffing or recruitment setting

Work Setup:

  • Work shift: 5 PM - 2 AM Manila Time (Mon-Fri), 
  • Setup: Hybrid Setup 1 day in-office (Makati), 4 days remote
  • Location: Makati
