HR Executive/Generalist (Metro Manila)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join team in Metro Manila. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR generalist support to our teams in the Philippines. You will work closely with our India team to ensure seamless HR operations and compliance across both regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct HR generalist activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, payroll inputs, compliance, and grievance handling for respective sites in Manila
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with a global team to ensure alignment on HR policies and processes
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies in the Philippines
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Handle employee grievances and concerns in a fair and confidential manner
  • Provide payroll inputs, manage benefits, and ensure accurate payment of salaries and allowances
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business objectives and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a BPO or similar industry
  • Strong hands-on experience with HR systems and processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
