Corporate Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CPA Professional who will take charge in preparing timely management accounts, overseeing transaction management, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and audit standards. This role requires a strong understanding of local payroll and statutory processing, as well as a commitment to maintaining regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare timely management accounts, including variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Transaction Management: Oversee accurate recording and reconciliation of purchase and sales ledgers, along with intercompany transactions.
• Payroll Processing: Process bi-monthly payroll and manage employee-related adjustments and inquiries in compliance with regulations.
• Tax Compliance and Audit: Ensure timely filing of local tax returns and support audits with necessary documentation for compliance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy 
• CPA license is a MUST
• 8+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Proven experience in local accounting and payroll processing
• Proven experience of local payroll & statutory processing, tax regulations, and business compliance requirements.
• Solid understanding of Philippine financial standards and audit processes, with proven experience ensuring regulatory adherence
• Netsuite / ERP/ Payroll systems experience required; experience on Sprout system a plus
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Has working exposure in a shared services industry
• Can start immediately

• Ortigas Center, Pasig City
• Day Shift Schedule
• Hybrid Setup (2-3x onsite per week)
