The Executive Assistant (EA) supports the Managing Director by handling administrative and secretarial tasks to optimize their time. The EA's primary role is to understand the strategic goals, objectives, and targets. A deep knowledge of the organization, key personnel (both internal and external), and its mission is essential. The Office Manager ensures the efficient operation of the office and the company's facilities.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Supports daily functions, communications, and schedule management.
  • Manages emails, calls, petty cash, and takes meeting minutes.
  • Office Manager Tasks

    Ensures office cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
  • Scheduling and File Management: Organizes MDs calendar and files essential documents; Manages personal bills and handles Trademark Renewals.
  • Coordinates company events and arranges travel.
  • Manages corporate gifts and travel logistics.
  • Oversees special projects, inventory, and contract reviews.
  • Ensures cleaning supplies are stocked and manages food orders for the Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree holder
  • at least 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant to top-level executives.
  • Experienced in handling high-profile personalities
  • Knowledgeable in standard office administrative practices.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications and online research.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, with integrity and a high level of professionalism.
